Following the group presentations, all groups hung their work in the studio for a review session, the facilitators (Armelle, Finlay, Jamie & Robert) reviewed the groups, the personalities, the concepts, the conflicts, the potential for success and then combined the eight groups into the final four masterplan teams. The joining of teams requires collaboration, a combining of visions, a strengthening of concept, the creation of a new direction. This process is started off by the teams interrogating each others concepts, establishing what is good, bad, hopeless, fighting for and giving in, and ends with a combined way forward.
